- The auditorium was still buzzing with the last echoes of the event. Lights were being turned off, the muffled sound of conversations was fading as people left. I was at the edge of the stage, trying to control my breathing and focus, but everything seemed blurry. My mind was a mess, a tangle of thoughts swirling around Dante.
- It was already late, and despite all the chaos that happened earlier, I knew it didn't matter. Nothing else mattered except the conversation we needed to have.
