• I was darn broke currently. I needed money, by all means, legal means though..
• So I thought of something. Why not rent out this portion of the building.
• Indeed, I owned a huge building, and many more, but since my company crumbled and I struggled to push it back up, I sold most of my properties leaving me with just this building and a Lexus car. I obviously didn't want to sell the car, thank goodness it was under insurance, so I didn't really have to bother much about repairs and stuff. The company went bankrupt even after all the efforts I put into it, and for that, I had a lot of debts,so I used the remaining money to clear them all.
