Chapter 26 The Sweetest Protection

• "Skye like the sky?"
• "Skye that means cloud. Like a cloud I will protect you on a hot day. I will hold back even the hottest light so that you can still feel comfortable."
• The lights inside the tent had been turned off, but the lights from outside that were still on were reflected into the tent. Amid this silence, I lay with my back to Skye as the memory of a dozen years ago unfolded. What I thought was a dream turned out to be a childhood memory I had forgotten.
