Chapter 74 Thwarted Plan

• Jason looked worried and unsettled as he sat alone in the high end restaurant.
• It'd been over thirty minutes since he promptly arrived at the restaurant, but there was no sign of the beautiful lady, Lana, whom he'd spent a fortune just to make this date happen. He sighed impatiently, checking his watch for the umpteenth time. He'd gone there with full expectation, but watching each unbearable second pass with no sign of Lana, he was getting worried and agitated.
• Sighing once again, Jason decided to open the expensive bottle of Italian wine on the table, as he poured some for himself, gulping it down in order to calm his nerves. The fear of the mysterious lady not showing up was becoming a reality. Not that he was worried about the money he had to spend to get her to agree to go on a date with him. He was more concerned about getting the lady to accept him.
