• Resting his muddled head against the car's seat, Rock sighed while closing his eyes. The meeting with Mr. Gilbert had just ended and it had taken him so much effort to endure the agonizing duration of the meeting. He couldn't concentrate as his attention was divided, and all he could think about was his wife. He was grateful that the meeting had ended perfectly without any problems thanks to his professionalism. He would've canceled the meeting, but he couldn't because it was very important. So he had to give all his best, irrespective of his personal issues.
• At some point, he became so impatient and couldn't just wait for the meeting to end. All he thought about was his wife. She probably didn't know that he was already aware of her affairs. She must be in the store smiling at the customers like usual. He wished he could just see her face right now, but that could wait till after he had met Greg.
