• My teeth are chattering in fear as the situation unfolds before me. “Open this door right now or we’ll have to break it down.” I heard Sir Carter threaten from the other side of the door. “So you’re a stowaway, huh?” The vampire in front of me questioned before caressing my face softly. “Don’t touch me.”I snapped and slapped his hand off before turning my face away in humiliation. Doesn’t he have any decency? He smirked and in the blink of an eye, he left from where I stood and was by a wardrobe. He grabbed a robe and put it on and though the fact that he wasn’t naked anymore was relieving, it was actually the least of my problems.
• “Are you just going to leave me here and in the middle of our fun?” The girl on the bed finally spoke as she sat up, covering herself with the covers. From her glowing pale skin, I could tell she was also a vampire. I saw the bite mark on her neck, his fangs had left two bloodied holes on her neck and the sight of it almost made me want to throw up. It was shocking though, I had absolutely no idea that vampires could drink from other vampires.
• “You don’t have to get so possessive, Scarlet, you know very well what you mean to me.” He said sharply and his tone gave me shivers. What is he gonna do to me? More importantly, how do I get out of this?
