• “Thank you for waiting,” a tired voice called out to the two men who were talking in the parking lot.
• “Mr. Smith,” Sherry forced a smile as she gazed at Levian who was standing as he waited for her. She looked at Roy and also managed to smile at him with a slight bow.
• Levian said nothing as he moved his gaze all over her face as if searching for something. Seeing that she was fine, he finally exhaled out a sigh of relief. He had been worried sick about her going back there on her own.
