Chapter 18 The Calm Before The Storm

• That very day was her mother's remembrance. Vincent and Sarah drove together down to the cemetery ground where Tiffany was buried. On getting there, Sarah and Vincent walked with their hands held together, the other holding flowers.
• Sarah was already stifling tears as her eyes set on the name crested on the cemetery stone again. "Tiffany Johnson. 1984-2023."
• "She was a good woman." Vincent commented. "Yeah she was, and I hope she forgives us for doing whatever we are doing now." Sarah said, amidst a slight chuckle.
