"You've got the wrong person. I'm Harper," she explained. Then, she turned to Khai. "You should go now. You heard him. They're waiting for you. I'll look for my assistant in the meantime."
Then, Harper stood up to leave, nodding at the man who couldn't look away from her. He looked completely and utterly bewildered. Khai was about to go after her as soon as she left, but he was stopped by the man who grabbed his arm.
"Beta Khai, I have to be dreaming, right? Pinch me! I need to know if I'm dreaming! The princess of the Knight Pack is… But she's… I don't get it…!"
