• Louis was stamping his feet on the floor. The hospital where Pamela went for an ultrasound called to apologise to her. Perhaps one of them did not serve her well and hence she left angrily.
• But they called the phone in Louis' Villa rather than her mobile phone. They felt she would be home and since she was Louis Hayden's wife, there is no reason why they couldn't call the line.
• But unfortunately, Pamela was not home but Louis was. He was the one that answered the phone. The receptionist linked the call to the doctor who attended to her.
