• I made a U-turn, diverting to a neutral parking space to avoid the reporters and paparazzi scattered across the entrance of J&K Glamor Co. There was a parking space with my name in front, but until I knew why these vultures were here, it was better to stay hidden.
• Groaning in frustration, I turned off the engine of my car, squeezing my wrist on the wheel,, and watched the paparazzi look around like wolves circling their prey, ready to pounce at the first sign of weakness.
