Chapter 30 Melvin Scolding Danas

• "Why didn't you say you were ambushed by the neighborhood thugs?" asked Melvin as he approached Danas. The look in his eyes was deep and frightening.
• Danas hurriedly got up from her seat and looked down. She didn't dare to meet Melvin's eyes. She turned her head toward Christina but she had already disappeared behind the kitchen door.
• Melvin walked closer and closer until he stood directly in front of Danas. His body, which was taller than Danas, seemed to be preparing to threaten her and make her unable to move. Danas felt her guts shrinking.
