• I felt a cold dread wash over me. Tears stuffed my eyes as I examined the letter. “Gabby, this is horrible. I didn’t wish any of this to happen to Anna. I made promises to Ethan. He wouldn’t be happy to know what’s happening to Anna and his unborn child.”
