Chapter 56 “Relax, Ladybug”

• When the door bell rang, Keila jumped a little, startled. Catherine sat still holding the girl with one hand and sticking the other in her mouth. She often bit her nails when she was nervous. After pressing the bell for a while, the person began to knock, hard.
• Catherine was scared. She didn’t think Keila’s accusation was completely baseless. She too had the feeling of being watched. For Keila it would be obvious that anyone who could get their hands on her would be generously compensated.
