Chapter 15: Misunderstandings

• “Miracle! I’ve been waiting forever!” Charlotte exclaimed, her voice sharp with annoyance as Miracle approached. They had promised to meet at the nearby café, but Charlotte had been sitting there almost an hour. What a pain!
• Miracle let out a rough sigh and pulled out a chair, sitting opposite her cousin. “You’re so loud! I’m only a few minutes late, and you’re acting like a hurricane!” she snapped irritably.
• Charlotte snorted. “A few minutes? I’ve been waiting for almost an hour! You’re such a pain in the ass!”
