Chapter 273 Martial Arts Assembly
- On the west side of Kunming, along the western shore of Dian Lake, stands Arhat Peak, 2,511 meters above sea level. The ridges roll like a reclining Buddha, so people also call it Reclining Buddha Mountain. The forest is thick, flowers and grasses run wild, and the scenery is serene and striking, like a beauty lying along both banks of the lake.
- At the summit, clusters of ancient buildings in a classic style rise—pavilions and towers, red bricks and clean gray tiles—like a living echo of old-world architecture.
- In the center of the complex, a lofty grand hall soars, and inside it a ten-foot-tall statue of an arhat presides.
