Chapter 94 The High Cabinet

• At an undisclosed location somewhere deep in the snow-capped northern mountains, all the important figureheads of the government were gathered for a special meeting inside a highly fortified nuclear bunker guarded by elite national commandos, the Marines, and the air force.
• Inside a conference room three levels below the surface, the President, Gilford Bowers, was seated in the high chair at the head of the table, surrounded by members of his High Cabinet.
• On his left was the Vice President, Rosane Sanders, and beside her sat the middle-aged, stern-looking Chief of Staff, Able Tasman, still dressed in Kevlar and military gear.
