Chapter 21 Strange Occurrence

• Lilac stood in Devon’s house garden, with no blank expression on her face. She was deep in thought about what she heard earlier. She had no idea why ‘Ash’ would try to harm Alice.
• “Is something the matter” A female voice brought Lilac out of her reverie. She turned around to see who it was. And found Doris, Lucas’ mate, standing two feet away from her.
• “Doris!, I’ve missed you” A slight smile spread across Lilac’s face as she walked forward and gave Doris a warm hug.
