• ***MONDAY***
• I awoke Monday morning in a happy mood, inspired by a pleasant dream of Nicole. She was so sweet, so innocent. And I had an innate trust that she wasn't after my money.
• I stared at the ceiling, exhaling and then breathing deeply as my body slowly booted up for the day. And with a lazy arm I reached out to my left with a pang of loneliness, reaching for the empty pillow where I wished Nicole had spent the night with me.
