Chapter 48 Leaving the mountain pack

• I thought leaving the mountain pack for a while was the best option. Mom was beginning to suspect something was wrong. She was beginning to ask questions on when I would return to the fire pack and why Nolan had not visited me at all. I left the packhouse in a hurry so that mom won't have to ask me why I wanted to go to my uncle's pack.
• When I told dad about leaving, he only nod his head but said nothing. I suspected something was going with my dad but just like the strong person he is, he hid it so well. It seems my mom did not notice too cause if she does, her reaction would have shown it.
