Clarissa started and I shut the book and took a few steps closer to her, she cleared her throat and avoided my gaze for a while before she turned back to me with an apologetic look on her face, "I would have loved to tell you about the wolf boy, but if Drystan already called dibs on telling you, I wouldn't want to take that away from him" she said and I frowned.
• "Is it some sort of ritual? Or some deep stuff that only the person that called dibs on have to be the one to talk about it?"
