• My mom had been patronizing me to send Ann the divorce papers, maybe it was high time we talked things out. I had thought hard and long about the whole situation, Ann wouldn't do that to me, she wouldn't sleep with my cousin. But still, I was angry or rather jealous she would always prefer running to his arms and not mine.
• I picked up my car keys and headed out to the hotel Ann was staying in, I was tired of going on like this watching her this close but couldn't reach her. When I got to the hotel I parked at the car garage and headed for the reception.
