Chapter 9

• Zion comes out wearing jeans and a white shirt. He told me earlier that I shouldn't dress over the top, just casual. And so I did. I wore a flower summer dress that is covered in blue and white petals as well as my usual white sneakers. I'm also wearing the daisy necklace my nana bought me last year. It's one of my favourites and I usually forget to put it on, so I thought I might as well since I remembered I had it while I was getting ready.
• "Can you tell me where we are going now?" I ask, pushing myself off the sofa and leaving Harley laying on his back.
• "I guess I can." He says, smiling over at me as he takes in the dress I'm wearing for the 4th time already.
