  • I wake up to pots and pans clanging together and the slight smell of burnt toast. The aroma makes my stomach grumble angrily and I roll over, going to switch the side-light off because the natural light coming through the blinds is enough to fill the room. My hand skims over something and I look to find a granola bar I'm certain wasn't there last night. I flick the switch before grabbing the bar after my belly rumbles once again.
