Chapter 118 The Party

• Ariana and her security team scoped the Dining hall at the hotel, making sure all the exits were monitored and covered. If someone wanted to attempt something, then this would be the time to do it when everybody was pre-occupied, and it would be easier for the bad guys to blend in. Everybody was on high alert. With all the high-ranking officials and guests attending the party, Clara was not the only one who needed to be kept under a watchful eye.
• To make both sisters visible at all times, Sebastian had two custom gowns made for the occasion. Clara would be wearing a glittering black and silver sequin haute couture gown with thin spaghetti straps crisscrossed in the back, while Celine was wearing a sweet number in gold, in a halter style and a slit on one leg that reached up to her hip.
• The event started with the serving of appetizers and drinks while people mingled. Then, is followed by dinner, welcoming the guests, and the introduction of the board together with their CEO.
