• It's been three months since I ran away from the palace, I thought of what best to do to be able to return to Rowan, I knew he was really pissed with me and wanted Beatrice instead but at the same time if the world knew he already had a son with her, it would be a great scandal for him. It later became later realized to him that no matter how hard he was trying, Beatrice’s son could never take over from him.
• I heard from my cousin, Carla who still lived in the palace with Maximus, her mate, even after I was gone that he sent his son abroad. He got a foster family for him, Beatrice wanted to remain in his life still, he didn't object to this but she couldn't just take a forefront position.
