• We had spent two hours watching a cartoon show that Kevin loves before Black told us that we would go somewhere. Smiling with evident happiness in Kevin's eyes, the kid spoke with joy.
• "Daddy! I'm going to change my clothes so we could have a stroll at the beach." He then diverted his eyes to me. "Mommy, you should wear thin clothes just like what people wear there." He suggested innocently.
