Chapter 10 An Awkward Encounter

From her office, Chelsea could hear the shouts of the president of the company, so she busied herself with reviewing some pending issues from the meeting they would have.
She heard Steve's footsteps and her heart pounded. She stood up to wait for him, greeted him with the broadest smile.
"Good morning, Mr. Bullock," he barely turned to look at her and give her instructions.
