Chapter 7 His Plan All Along
- Haynes POV
- Luca McCorkindale—He happened to be her ex and I couldn't shake that off since the time I left the company to the airport. He's wealthy, powerful and a very significant figure in the whole city. That bothers me.
- I heaved a sigh as I stare at my phone, something in me expecting Sabrina to call, to beg again but no call came. Luca McCorkindale couldn't have come to her rescue, could he?
- "Haynes!!" The loud cheerful voice was what brought me back to the world. I looked up to see Camilla waving at me, her smile radiating through the whole place. I smiled back as I spread my arms for her to run into and she did.
- I loved her, and I had to let her go all in the name of business two years ago.
- Two years ago, Richard Ventimiglia and I needed each other. He needed a huge sum of money and unwavering support of the media to keep his business going as he had almost gone bankrupt.
- I helped him with that and in return got Sabrina. I had to take her as I knew what I was after then. Half of the shares that belonged to RC corporations and a dorm account that was in Sabrina's name—A dorm account holding 30billion dollars that was given in Sabrina's name by her late maternal grandfather.
- I knew if I want to take those things, I'd have to be a part of the family. Therefore, I sent Camilla away and settled with Sabrina. I no longer have a use for her after I had taken all those things, I got what I wanted then I should be with the person I love and not her.
- Moreover, I needed to cut ties with the Ventimiglias as they pose a threat to my political ambitions. Richard has a lot of secrets that wouldn't do me a single benefit—I had to cut them off.
- "I missed you honey" Camilla said, cupping my face.
- "I miss you too, Cammy" I replied as I guided her to the car, handing her bag over to my assistant. Her face was beaming with a smile as we walked and that put a smile on my face too.
- Camilla is back in my life, I took all I needed from Sabrina and then only a happy life awaits me.
- All through the ride back to the house, Camilla whined about her stay in Canada and how lavishly she spent. I made sure to send her money every week, yes! I've been keeping in touch with my ex since two years ago.
- It was a plan she knew about, although she didn't expect me to be in a marriage with Sabrina for two years.
- Camilla caressed my chest while she talked about it all but I wasn't listening to her, all I could think about was Sabrina and her connections with Luca McCorkindale.
- I couldn't shake the feelings off that they will give me problems later on.
- The car halted in front of the mansion and we both got off the car. Camilla locked her hands into mine as she stared at the mansion.
- "Thought I was never going to come back here" she sighed and I lifted her chin to face me.
- "This was always your home, darling" I smiled and she smiled back reassuringly.
- "I bet it was" She let out a giggle and dragged us in.
- I twitched the doorknob open and there was an unexpected visitor in the sitting room. My mother was seated on the sofa with her legs crossed. Her eyes twitched in disgust the moment she saw me with Camilla.
- "Good day Mrs. Chadwick" Camilla greeted, her voice unwavering. She knew my mom didn't like her but she never cared.
- "Mother, why are you here?" I asked in a way that shows no disrespect.
- "I knew you'd bring her back here" Mother said, standing up from the sofa. She took slow steps towards us as her heels clicked to the floor and she then stopped right in front of me.
- "You've done something great my son, having Sabrina Ventimiglia sent away from our family is not an easy feat, and I think this calls for celebration" Mother smiled widely.
- "Let's celebrate with dinner at my place on the weekend" Mother bring your girlfriend along" she said, took a quick disgustful glance at Camilla and walked out.
- As soon as my Mother exited the room, Camilla dropped to the sofa holding her chest.
- "Pheew. I almost got scared" she whined.
- "She won't bite. She wants you at dinner, that means she doesn't hate you" I assured her but Camilla wasn't convinced.
- Mom doesn't like Camilla—That I know, but she hates Sabrina more.
- "Emily!" I called one of the maids that was walking towards the kitchen area.
- "Yes Mr. Chadwick?" She responded.
- "Fix something for us for dinner" I Instructed and she bowed understanding the order.
- "On it sir"
- "Hey baby...." Camilla said as she seductively stood up from the sofa and walked to me, she caressed my face and bit her lips. My cock twitched at that little gesture, that's how crazy Camilla makes me, how crazy I had missed her.
- "How about we forget about dinner for now and get to the most important thing?" She asked, grabbed my cock from under my trouser.
- I moaned, barely resisting the urge to take her right there.
- "The bedroom, Camilla" I instructed and we both dashed there while kissing each other harshly.
- I slammed the door to the bedroom open as she pushed me to the bed.
- "I missed you Haynes" She said, tossing my belt away as she pulled my trouser down.
- Her hands wrapped around me, stroking me slowly and damn, I couldn't feel much better. There's no doubt. She's the one meant for me—Not Sabrina.
- I don't know, but Sabrina barely arouses me, I just couldn't picture myself being with her like this.
- Camilla sucked it whole, making me forget everything about Sabrina but only about the one in front of me—Her.
