• I have tenaciously maintained my position. I make it a point to get to Maffles thirty minutes before my shift starts so I can catch up with my colleagues before we start work. The joy of returning is indescribable. I am determined to keep a clear boundary between my personal life and my time with Lance and his pack. Working here is something I can do for myself, somewhere where I am not just the alpha’s mate.
