• The following morning, Tyson bid Samantha and Tara goodbye. He told Samantha that he would be away for a few days but he didn't tell her where he was going or what he was going to do.
• This was because the first rule of the Regiment was to keep it a secret even to family members. This was for security purposes because they believe that the fewer people knew about it, the better.
• Samantha didn't question because Tyson had already told her he wasn't allowed to say and since he had promised to stay safe, she just wished him luck.
