• Just two hours after Mr. Blackwood had left my office, I received a phone call from a strange number. I hesitated before taking it, I had not saved the number Jimmy used to reach me the last time, so I couldn’t help but wonder if he was the caller.

• “Hello Ma’am, this is the New York City Police department. We are calling to apologize for the impoundment of your vehicle over the incident that occurred yesterday. Please come to the station and pick up your vehicle as the case has already been cleared. Thank you for your understanding!”
