Chapter 64

• Liam followed behind the men who as they walked away from the hospital, he expected them to have a truck or something but they just walked, he wondered what they intended to carry Annette's body with when they had come to request for it, he had recognized them almost immediately and and opted to go and went outside to go wait for them instead of speaking to them with Ruby, if they had seen him, they would have been conscious of him now, Ruby had handled it really well and he was proud of her, the men were dummies to some extent, the never looked back while walking and talking to each other, which made it easy for him to follow them, the few people they passed where scared and walked away as soon as they saw the men, after about an hour of aimless walking, the men finally stopped at a house and entered, it was so far from the hospital, he had expected them to be living close to the hospital for them to have known about what happened to Annette, bit then again it could be that one of them was the one who killed her, he walked behind them, when they entered the house, they didn't even bother to lock the door, he didn't want to risk going into the house and getting caught so he walked behind the building, and found a place where he could stay and listen to them talk, thankfully, the house had tiny walls and he could hear them loud and clear, not to mention they were quite loud too, maybe because they were sure no one would dare come this way which was good for him because he would hear what they say without fearing that he would be caught, he brought out his phone and hit recorder, but before that he made sure everything was on silent, to avoid getting caught, he didn't have a gun but they did and they won't hesitate to kill him, he knew that much.
