- When Ruby left, Liam decided to make the call, he didn't know anyone who could get him hospital materials, so he had no choice than to call his mom, if he called any of his sisters, they would tell his parents and his mom will be mad that he didn't call her instead, so calling her was his best bet even though he risked getting an ear full.
