Chapter 180 Kai

• Life with a mate was proving to be everything I could have dreamed and more. Waking up with Bella by my side was heavenly. She may not have been here all that long, but already I could not imagine her not being here. She was settling into the pack so well, and already becoming popular with all pack members. I felt so blessed.
• Bella and I had headed over to visit my Mum and Dad, and make arrangements for Bella’s friend Camilla arriving in pack. Dad had said he was happy for Bella to have her here as a friend, and if she wanted to work within the café at the art store with Bella when she started there in a few weeks then he was happy for that.
• Bella had loved the idea of the art store that had been set up initially for my Mum and Aunt Indie. She and my Mum had spent much time discussing, and how it had turned into a bigger family thing when Aunt Ruby, Aunt Esme and Aunt Lola had added the café as part of an expansion they had all worked together on. Bella loved the whole concept, and that it was very much a family business, much like the one my Dad and Uncle’s shared. My mate was so big on family, or she seemed to be focused on wanting the closeness that I had with mine for herself. Perhaps because it was something she had missed with her own?
