Chapter 9

• Heaven had already hidden the mirror when they heard the door open, and they sat there staring at Freya, who was standing in the doorway with curiosity in her eyes. Three of her maids stood behind her, their faces twisted with hatred as they gazed at Aria.
• Freya walked closer to them, her maids following closely behind. "What were the both of you discussing?" Freya asked, her voice laced with suspicion. "You looked like you did something bad." Aria's expression turned cold, and she raised an eyebrow.
• "You need to get out and mind your business," Aria said, her voice dripping with disdain. "And as you can see, I need to get dressed." Freya's expression darkened, and her eyes flashed with anger.
