• Nettle is too calm for my liking.
• I came running back to her after the meeting with Xander, he could have threatened me all he wanted, but adding the Pack members? He surely knows that he hit a nerve with that one.
• My hand trails up to my neck. The pain is gone, and so is the redness, but I still feel this tingling sensation as though Xander's hand was still strangling me — I hate the fear that he so effortlessly draws from my guts whenever he wanted.
