• Lola reluctantly opened her eyes wondering what woke her up. Adrenaline immediately pumped through her body when she saw she woke up from her ring lighting up brightly.
• “Fuck, fuck, fuck,” she whispered while her heart was beating rapidly. She carefully slid out of Noah’s embrace without waking him up. Her hands were trembling while she got dressed and she felt nervous and angry. She had been so occupied with the changes and falling in love that she allowed herself to completely forget why she ended up here in the first place.
