Chapter 16 Healing

• It took Lola a couple of days to recover from her injuries but on the 3rd day, her leg was completely healed as if nothing had ever happened. At least it confirmed for her that the DNA she got injected with did in fact change her. All she had to do now was figure out a way to transform.
• Noah had watched her closely for the last couple of days but today he asked Laela to stay with her instead. He had an important meeting with the alphas of the other packs he said. Lola would have liked to be there, but Noah seemed so worried that she didn’t bother to ask. Every time she asked what the meeting was about, he just said she should focus on healing and not be worried. But Lola could not get out of her mind what she heard the hunter said.
