Chapter 15 Scared

• Noah his pov,
• After Lola stormed out of his office Noah went to the gym to get some frustration out. He punched the boxing bag until his hands were red and his lungs were on fire. He just took a sip of water when he felt a wave of panic come over him. He shut his eyes and got a vision of Lola being tied to a tree while 5 men with guns stood around her. He could see the fear and panic in her eyes and his blood went cold. Even though she had not accepted their mate bond he could apparently still feel it when she was in danger.
• He knew that was rare and he thanked the moon goddess for it, but he still had no idea where she was. He needed to transform and go find his mate, save her and kill those bastards that made her feel this way. His heart was beating rapidly, and he walked back and forth trying to transform. He tried and he tried but Achak stayed sound asleep. “GODDAMMIT,” This was exactly what he had been afraid of when he took those herbs. In his anger, he trashed the whole gym until nothing was left standing but still nothing happened. He decided to make a run for it in human form anyway, maybe he could still pick up her honey-induced scent.
