• Logan arrived just in time to see Jovy working at the diner. He didn't know what exactly struck him as his heart jolted a bit. Logan had no idea what was bound to happen when he sees her but he hadn't expected himself to act in such manner that he considers weak. And he was no weak person!
• Logan wasn't at the diner to pacify her but he had come to make a proposition which he doesn't expect her to refuse. It's not like he was giving her a choice. Throwing his weight around is how he works his world and he hardly cares about anyone's inconvenience. There was a great need for him get rid of the thoughts of her.
