Chapter 18 SeoJoon's POV

• I was standing on the aisle with my friends when I saw her, Ms. Priya Shah, my future wife. She was walking towards me with her brother. She looked beautiful in an A-line gown. The gown appeared to fit her body perfectly. Her hair was pulled back into a low bun and adorned with flowers visible through the veil. She wore a little makeup. Her almond-hued light brown skin was glistening like sand in the sunlight. The boat neckline of the dress revealed her flawless collarbone. Her tiny smile enhanced her beauty. My focus was entirely on her, so much so that I was unaware that she and her brother had arrived at the aisle until a friend of mine gently prodded me.
• Her brother gave me her hand and left after patting my shoulder. We exchanged vows and then wedding rings in front of everyone. When the priest said, “I can kiss the bride,” she clenched her eyes and began mumbling. I had her face in my hands and was about to kiss her when I heard her pleading in a low voice, “Please no, Please no.” I paused for a while and thought to tease her, but I gave up when the tears fell from her eyes. I wiped the wetness of the tears with my thumb and kissed her forehead.
• Everyone started clapping and started coming to us one by one, to take pictures with us and their blessings.
