• Alaric's POV
• I bid my mate farewell when she left home but for some reason I kept feeling anxious. Something kept poking me that something bad was about to happen but I couldn't place my hand on it. After a while I assumed it was with the business meeting I had tomorrow so I brushed the feeling away.
• About thirty minutes later, the feeling came back stronger. It was then my instincts immediately went to my mate. The last time I felt this strange was when my parents were killed. I immediately became extremely worried. Has something happened to my mate?
