• After that afternoon, Alex persists in advancing his physiotherapy sessions, managing to take a few independent steps, although he still relies on a wheelchair. In the days leading up to the twins' fourth birthday, Richard, together with the medical team, decides to discharge Alex. He is taken back to his apartment, located near the Wealth building, where Rebecca and the children moved to after the events that marked their lives.
• "Welcome home, my love," whispers Rebecca as she stops at the door. "Do you want to try walking in?" she asks, positioning herself in front of the wheelchair, and Alex nods in agreement.
• Rebecca extends her hand and helps him up, walking slowly hand in hand. Even though he knows every detail of that place, she guides him through every room, especially to the twins' bedroom, the only room that differs in that house. A smile appears on Alex's face as he catches sight of the children's room.
