Chapter 25

• Annabel walked down to Harrison's bed. Immediately, she felt infuriated and felt like strangling him. She drew the chair in the ward so close to Harrison that she could hide under it and inject him with the poisonous syringe.
• "Hey, you Jack! I know you detest me; part of the reason I am doing this! Why the hell will you not just die? Why do you want to make my baby a pauper before your death? I'm sorry, I have to do this; you need to die!" Annabel said in a shallow tone to Harrison. Harrison was highly unconscious, lying lifeless and supported by oxygen.
• Annabel immediately brought out the syringe and was about to inject it deeply into Harrison's right hand, right below the bedspread, when the ward's door opened wide.
