Chapter 19 Book 1: Chapter 19
- I stumbled out the front door and took out a cigarette, but patted my pants. Wrinkling my nose, I turned to go inside when a lighter appeared in front of me. Looking over, Solaris was leaning against the building, a clove cigarette in her other hand. Reaching out, I took it and lit the end before handing it back to her.
- “Thanks.”
- She chuckled. “No problem, Alpha.”
