• I stand up on the small stage at the front of the training field and watch the group of trainees. They have come along nicely and in such a short time. I wish everyone would learn as fast as this group. Well, this group has some powerful motivation. Almost from the beginning, they have been made aware of the upcoming war, and they have all vowed to do everything that they can to keep the war from going too far.
• I glance next to me and smile as I stare at Don.
• My mate has been such a big help. Not only did he help train this group of trainees, but he has trained the entire pack in martial arts.
