• I was uncomfortable with the fact that Paul was doing his best to help her and her mother out, but I didn’t do anything concerning the case. I wouldn’t have bothered if it were to be the past but now that she was my girl, I had to step in.
• I put a call through to Martins and told him to look for everything he could lay his hands on concerning the case. He investigated the murder scene and the surroundings, the people that were around that time and place, and everything he could look into, but he didn’t find anything out of the ordinary.
