Chapter 21 Don't Get Curious

• Only the sound of running water was heard in the room where I was thrown. I couldn’t understand what was happening and why I had to be treated that way. So many questions ran through my mind as I silently waited for what to come next, but nothing or nobody seemed to be there with me.
• “Where is Rocco? Does he even know about this? Do I have to go through this truly?”, I muttered to myself as I adjusted my bum on the cold floor.
• For several hours, the sound of running water continued and everywhere started getting chilly. I was in a big polo shirt, so it didn’t take much time before the cold got to me.
