• "Are you okay, Scar?" Dante asked, his voice filled with concern. I nodded, and we both turned to look outside the vehicle, where we saw five rogues surrounding us. "Are you two okay, Andie and Luke?" he asked the two warriors with us, who were seated in the driver's and passenger's seats.
• "Yes, Alpha," they responded in unison as they tried to get out of the vehicle, just like Dante and I did. We were already out, facing two rogues who were clearly waiting for us.
